DeKalb Pride grew out of smaller Pride events planned in 2019, 2020, and 2021 in the DeKalb area. There was a clear desire within the community to establish a larger annual Pride event.
We exist to celebrate and connect the LGBTQIA+ community in DeKalb County. The goal is to not just celebrate pride in June but year round.
The DeKalb Pride committee is all volunteer and comprised of individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses.
